• Résumé and job content. The résumés, job descriptions, and related text you upload or paste so we can score and rewrite them.
• Payment information. When you purchase a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; we receive limited billing metadata from Stripe.
• Usage and device data. Analytics about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, actions taken, and general device/browser information.
• Cookies. We and our analytics partners use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and measure performance.

How we use your information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Score and rewrite your résumé, which involves processing your content with third-party AI providers (see below).
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Send you transactional and account-related emails (for example, password resets and receipts).
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

Third-party service providers

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to run the Service. These include Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI and other AI providers (résumé analysis and rewriting), FAL.ai (media processing where applicable), Resend (email delivery), and analytics providers such as Google and Meta. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated résumé content by contacting us at the address below.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
